Choose rugs for their overall style impact. Precise matching of color is not necessary. Often a rug may contain analogous (neighboring colors) to your color scheme which provide a rich harmony of color. For instance, if your drapery has aqua and cappuccino, your rug may contain jade and sky blue. These shades would be on either side of aqua on a color wheel. In this way, they surround the aqua with harmonizing hues rather than matching it. Another way to coordinate color is to use a lighter or darker shade of a hue. Rugs should be selected very much like you would art work for the general feeling they give the room!

Returns of Area Rugs Most of our furnishings are not returnable because of their custom or special order nature. We do have permission from our supplier to return rugs with a 10% restocking fee, however, we are expected to make excellent choices as an interior design firm. If we have too many returns we will lose our standing with the manufacturer. (we buy direct!) Samples Some rugs area available in small samples for $30 which includes shipping. All rugs are available as small rugs averaging $90. In many cases, you will be better off ordering the correct size for the room to get the full impact. Restocking will cost about the same as a small rug. Call 615-399-0661 for assistance.
